Research Areas: Food Technology - Micro and nanoencapsulation of food bioactive compounds and probiotic bacteria, Development of dynamic gastro intestinal system to study food digestion processes, Electro spinning and electro spraying processes for nano delivery systems, Computational modeling of food processing, Spray drying and spray-freeze-drying of foods, Nanocomposites, biopolymers and nanosensors for food application.
